TEEN HEALTH  from Nemours - We're a safe, private place for teens who need honest, accurate information and advice about health, emotions, and life. TeensHealth is accessible 24 hours a day so you can get the doctor-approved information you need to make educated decisions — or help a friend who needs advice. There's a lot of confusing, misleading, and just plain wrong health information on the Web. Our mission is to tell it to you straight.

MEDLINE PLUS FOR TEEN -  this site is from the National Institutes of Health. It is designed for patients and their families and friends. Produced by the National Library of Medicine, it brings you information about diseases, conditions, and wellness issues in language you can
understand it  offers reliable, up-to-date health information, anytime, anywhere, for free.

CDC - Centers for Disease Control -     A site run by the government all about disease.

WHO - World Health Association - 

TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR HEALTH - A GUIDE FOR TEENAGERS - You can read this guide online or download a copy. It is divided into 5 sections, beginning with How Your Body Works, and moves on to discuss healthy eating and exercising.

SNAC - STUDENT NUTRITION & BODY AWARENESS CAMPAIGN - This site was written and created by UCLA nutrition professionals to help students eat well, be active, and feel good about their bodies. Our goal is to help prevent nutrition-related health problems (poor nutrient intake, eating disorders, overweight/obesity, and size prejudice) which can threaten students' academic and developmental success.

TeenHealthFX is an online resource for any and all questions regarding your health, your relationships, your body and your sexuality. This site is a project funded by Atlantic Health System’s - Morristown Medical Center and is maintained with input from teenagers and support from community leaders. Atlantic's Community Health Department and the Adolescent/Young Adult Center for Health at Gorveb Children's Hospital are responsible for the content and operation of the site.  The professional staff who answer questions include clinical social workers, health educators, adolescent medicine physicians, pediatricians and pediatric subspecialists, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, nutritionists, and many other health professionals.
